Beloved humans on earth, once again it’s time to bring a message to you. Once again a week has passed and many things happened. Many things have changed and allot of humans have realized that the change for the earth und humanity has to start by yourselves.
 
亲爱的地球人，再次是时候带给你们信息了。再次地一个星期又过去了，发生了许多事情。许多事情已经改变，大量的人类意识到改变必须始于自身。 
This realization is very important and an important foundation for the ascension of humanity and earth. The ascension will be accompanied and supported by us but we can’t do it for you. You are in the meantime aware of this and you have changed your mindset. This is the foundation for the continuation on the ascension train which I was referring in my previous messages to you.
 
这一领悟是很重要的，也是人类与地球扬升的一个重要基础。我们会陪同并支持扬升，但我们无法替你去做。此时你也意识到了这一点并改变了你的思维。这就是扬升的基础训练，我在之前的信息中已经提到过。
 
I would like to bring an other subject to your attention. The subject is about the humans on earth and the possibility to control your thoughts at any time. This is one of the most important teachings you have to understand and one of the reasons why we repeat ourselves from time to time. It doesn’t make sense to bombard you with new concepts and new ideas when you didn’t understand and integrate the things we have transmitted to you. This would only ask too much of you and this is something we don’t want my beloved humans.
 
我想要带来另一个主题希望引起你的注意。关于地球上的人类并在任何时刻去掌控你思想的可能的主题。这是你必须理解的重要教导中的一个，也是我们一次又一次重复自己的原因。当你无法理解并整合我们传达给你的事物时，再用新的概念和想法轰炸你是没有意义的。这只会对你来说要求太高，这是我们不想看到的事情，我亲爱的人类。 
Always be aware that you have the power to influence every situation and its development. With your pure mind power you will control all and everything when you awaken. This doesn’t mean that you are not able to do this right now. No, already now you are able to do this and this is so important to understand. Control your thoughts and you control what can and is allowed to happen to you. Nobody else then you are responsible for YOUR REALITY. Spirit will give you what you have ordered. (Chuckle)
 
总是意识到你有着力量来影响每一种情况及其发展。伴随着你纯净的意识能力（正信）当你觉醒你就可以控制一切。这并不是在说你现在无法做到这些。不，你早已可以做到，理解这一点是很重要的。控制你的想法，你就控制了可以和被允许发生在你身上的事。只有你为自己的现实负责。灵性会给予你命令的（笑） 
One more subject I would like to address. The attitude to things that are making things difficult for you. Do you want to let go of your difficulties in life? You don’t want to be confronted with those difficulties anymore, then it’s time to take action. You will ask yourself how can I do this and I say to you, that the solution lies within you and you have to change your attitude to your problem or difficulties.
 
还有一个主题我想说。对待事情的态度使得它们对你来说很困难。你希望在生活中放下困难吗？你不会再想面对那些困难，那么现在是时候行动起来了。你会问自己我如何才能做到，我跟你说，解决方案就在你之内，你必须对你的问题或者困难改变态度。 
Imagine the difficulties that are regularly occupying and hindering you to life a happy and successful life. This can be changed by your attitude to your difficulties. By taking away the energy from the situation or the subject. When you don’t feed the situation or the subject with energy it can’t exist anymore. The Universe follows your wish and this quicker and quicker. Do you understand my beloved humans on earth.
 
想象困难经常占领并阻碍你去过上幸福成功的生活。这可以通过你对困难态度的转变而被改变。通过拿走情况或者主题中的能量。当你不再喂养情况或者主题能量，它就无法存在。宇宙遵循你的希望，这个更快就更快。你明白了吗，我亲爱的地球人。 
I will come to the end of the message from today and I want to deliver some good news. Very soon we will start one more time with a new attempt. The ones that are familiar with cosmic or natural events know that very soon the spring will change to summer (solstice). This will be once again a good opportunity to have ideal  conditions for the ascension process. Be prepared to think in a positive way, be prepared to have your thoughts pure and clear, because this are important prerequisites to be successful. Nobody else then you have to initiate and make the ascension. Through your faith, by your will you will make it possible. We only can support you. The last step you are allowed to do yourself.
 
我得结束今天的信息了，我希望传递一些好消息。很快我们会开始一次新的尝试。那些熟知宇宙或者自然事件的人就知道很快春天会变成夏天（至日）。这会是又一次良好的机会为扬升进程创造理想的条件。准备在积极的方式中去思考，准备将你的思想纯化并清晰，因为这是成功的必要条件。你必须自己去启动并进行扬升。通过你的信念，通过你的意志，你就会使其成为可能。我们只能支持你。你允许自己去迈出的最后一步。
 Be ready my beloved humans. Be ready for another attempt to initiate the ascension. Do not doubt and you will not be disappointed, I promise you. If you doubt the universe will give you what you have ordered. It will remain in the doubt, because this was on your order form.
 
准备好，我亲爱的人类。为再次地尝试启动扬升做好准备。不要怀疑，你就不会失望，我向你保证。如果你怀疑，宇宙就会给予你所命令的。它会处于怀疑中，因为这是你的订单。
