In this year of our Awakening to the new energies that have entered Earth, it is most important to connect and stay centered in your Heart. To do this all you have to do is to bring your attention down from your head area and move into your Heart. It is really that simple my Dear Ones, no complicated techniques are necessary anymore.
今年我们所觉醒于的新能量已经进入地球，在心中保持居中并与其连接是很重要的。为了做到这一点你得把注意力从头部移入心中。就是这么简单，亲爱的一们，不需要太复杂的技巧。
By staying in your Heart you will begin to feel more Love and Joy throughout the day, this in turn will have a positive effect on the Environment and People around you. For the Love and Joy within you starts to flow into everything you experience.Once your Heart starts feeling more Love, life will become much more easier for you. The things that worried you in the past no longer effect you in the same way. Like water of a duck's back, nothing will cling to you anymore.
通过驻留于心，你会一整天感受到更多的爱与喜悦，这将会对你的周遭环境和人产生积极的影响。因为在你之内的爱与喜悦开始流入你所经历的一切。你的心一旦开始感受到更多的爱，生活会变得更加容易。在过去使你担忧的事物不会再以相同的方式影响你。就像鸭子背上的水，没什么再会依附于你。
You will find more synchronistic events coming in to your life, unexpected opportunities, new offers and many more things that will truly surprise you. When you flow with life, you automatically start attracting things that are beneficial for you, all with no effort on your part. In times were you feel down or unhappy, bring a little smile to your face, even if you do not feel like it. Then come back to your Heart and rest in it a while, you will slowly find that the love starts to flow again, and after a little bit of time, joy will say “hello” to you again.
你会发现生活中更多的同步性事件、意想不到的机遇、新的提供与很多会真正惊讶你的事物。当你顺应生命之流，你会自动开始吸引对你有益的事物，不同任何的努力。有时你会感到失落或不开心，多笑笑，即使你不喜欢它。然后回归内心，休息一段时间，你会慢慢发现爱开始再次流动，然后再过一些时间，喜悦会再次对你说“你好”。
As you Heart opens more, old fears in your mind and body start to melt away. What seemed frightening for you in past, now seems like an exciting new challenge. You will want to leap forward as nothing is holding you back from doing what you want to do.More Light will also start entering your body as the Love you now feel transforms any dark energies residing in you. As the Light increases, the cells in your body start to sing and glow as they can sense the Joy that you are now feeling. With this your body starts to heal itself from past problems and diseases, as there is nothing keeping this old programmed mind pattern within you.

Once the Light, Love and Joy pervade your entire Being, you won't want to look back any more to the way you once lived. Every moment will present you with a choice of Joy and you will gladly accept it in your Heart, for the other choices no longer ring true to you anymore.Yes life can truly be like this for you all the time, all you have to do is choose to stay in your Heart, nothing more is needed.
一旦光、爱与喜悦遍及你的整个存在，你不再想往回看你过去的生活方式。每一刻都会为你呈现一个喜悦的选择，你会在心中乐于接受，因为其他的选择听起来不再那么可靠。没错，生活确实可以总是这样，你所要做的就是选择驻留于心，别无其他。
So my Dearest Ones, I wish you all the best on this exciting journey you are on, my help and assistance for you is just a thought away. I am always by your side whenever you need me.
