Here you are at the end of yet another year that has been momentous in many ways. Time has continued to speed up, and a clear division can be seen to be taking place between the old and new. The dark Ones are not progressing as they would have wished, after feeling that they were on the verge of taking control of the world. They reckoned without the increasing amount of Light that has been grounded upon Earth. So much so, that almost unnoticed it has become the most powerful force for good. No longer can its progress be delayed, and it is destined to be the means of removing the dark Ones.

此刻你们处于一年的结束和以极其重要的许多种方式到来的新一年的间隙。时间还在不断的加速中，一个清晰的分界点已经在陈旧与崭新之间明显的发生了。黑暗势力在他们觉得自己即将完全控制世界之后，却没有获得如愿以偿的发展。他们忽略了已经在地球扎根且还在不断增长的光之力量。如此这般，它几乎在没有获得注意的情况下成为了为了良善而建立的最强而有力的力量。它的发展将不再可能被拖延，它所注定的使命便是移除黑暗势力。

This cycle has completed its course and the Light is now the dominant force upon Earth. The apparent turmoil is but a sign of it restricting the ability of the dark Ones, to continue their onward march to world control. It was always planned this way so that no matter how much they extended their power over the people, they would never achieve complete control. The cycle has run its course and a new one has commenced that will bring complete peace and happiness to all souls. There is no longer a place for the dark Ones to wield their power over the Human Race.

As you stand fast and are not affected by the outside occurrences, so you empower the Light that grows ever stronger. Live in the Light, and you can live your life in a way that helps lift others up with you. The coming New Year will herald many changes that will send out a strong signal that the Light is bringing the New Age into being. 2014 will be the crossroads that allows rapid progress to be made, and signal the true commencement of the Age of Light. Each of you have been selected to be here for such an occasion and for many of you life will suddenly offer you the changes that you have been seeking. As Lightworkers you each have something to offer that will be utilised at the right time. So do not worry or feel that your contribution is little compared to others, as all are important to the whole.

由于你们屹立不动并且不受到外在所发生之事的影响，你们所持有的光已经比过去成长的更为明亮。在神圣之光中生活，你就能够以自己明晰态度生活的同时以一种方式去帮助提高与你同行的其他人。即将来临的新的一年预示着许多的转变将带着一种强力的信号呈现，那就是光之新世纪的到来。2014年将是一个十字路口，允许快速的发展得以实施，同时带着光之新时代的真实开端发出清晰的讯号。你们每个人都被挑选为了这样一种场景而来到这里，因为你们许多人的生活将突然带给你一直所寻求的改变。作为光之工作者，你们每个人都拥有能够向他人提供帮助的天赋，将在正确的时候加以利用。所以请不要担心或是觉得自己对他人的贡献不够，你贡献的重点在于对整个集体。

You have all come a long way with your experiences and are greater for them than you were when you first started your journey. No experience is without value and there is no need to make comparisons with others, as you all have a unique individual life plan. No One is any greater or lesser than another soul. You are part of a great family that looks up to the Father/Mother God from whence you came. When you come together as One, there will no one soul considered better than another, as all tread the same path and are simply at different stages upon it.

你们所有人都经历了自身体验的漫长道路，且因为它而成长得比你首次开始旅程之时更加的伟大。没有什么体验是毫无价值的，所以也没有必要与他人相比较，因为你们所有人都有着独一无二的个人生命计划。没有谁比其他灵魂更伟大或是渺小。你们都是一个大家庭的一份子，遵从于你们所起源的神圣父母神之源头的意志。当你们以【合一】的方式走到一起，就不存在一个灵魂被认为是比另一个更卓越的存在，因为所有灵魂都行走在同样的道路，只是处于其中的不同阶段。

When you can see yourself in others you will know that you are inexplicably linked and in reality are One. Yet even as you progress to this understanding, you will still remain an individual Light amongst all others. When you are referred to as "Gods" it is a state of Oneness that you experience when you return to the Godhead. For the want of a better expression it is your Home from whence you came, and when God desires to experience some more, all souls will be sent out again for that reason.

当你在其他人身上看到自己，你就会明白以一种难以言喻的方式每个人都是互相连接的。即便你在这样的觉知中不断的发展，你依旧会在所有其他灵魂之中保留自己个性的光芒。当你们被称之为“众神”之时，那便是一种合一的状态，即是在你回归神之源头的时候所经验的感受。基于一种更为贴切的表达，它是你最初的家，当时造物主渴望体验一些更多的经验，所有灵魂便因为那个缘由而再次被送了出去。

At this time you have difficulty in imagining or remembering your higher states of being, but soon you will be on the path to full recognition. It will happen by stages and first you will gain full consciousness. Of necessity you have lived out many lives in the lower vibrations with a limited consciousness. Your challenge has been to find your way back to God through your own experience, which is why each soul travels at its own speed and are on different paths. Remember also that for specific incarnations you are connected to certain energies that will enhance your opportunities to succeed.

在现阶段你们很难想象或是回忆起自己更高的存在状态，但是很快你便会处于全然认可的道路上。它会一步步的实现，首先你会获得全意识。必然的，你们已经带着一种受限的意识在较低的振动频率中生活了许多世。你们的挑战便是经由自己的体验去寻找回归神的道途，也是因为这样的原因每个灵魂都以自己的步调处于不同的道路上。也请记住，某些特定的转世会把你连接到某些特定的能量将加速你成功的机会。

As you become more at One with the Light, so you will become more awakened to the truth of your real selves. You are not your body and it only serves your needs whilst on Earth. Yes, you also have an etheric body that is refined to allow existence in the higher vibrations, yet you have much further to go. Eventually you will become a true Being of Light, but you can still create a "body" for yourself when the necessity arises. It is worth noting that when you do so to allow movement through the lower dimensions, it will be limiting in other ways.

由于你们伴随神圣之光更多的处于【合一】，你们便会更多的觉醒于真实的自己。你并非只是你的身体，它也仅仅只是在你处于地球的同时服务于你的需求。是的，你也拥有以太体，它更为的精妙从而允许你存在于更高的振动频率中，但你们依旧还有很长的一段路要走。最终你将成为一个真实不虚的光之存有，而且必要的时候你还是可以创造一副“肉身”。除非要游历较低的维度它并没有任何的必要，而这也会以其他方式带来一些不便。

Dear Ones throw off any feelings of tiredness or doubt, as the vibrations are increasing and you are being rejuvenated. Lift up out of doubt or disbelief and look straight ahead and walk in the Light. Leave your worries behind you and be assured that everything is in perfect order. It may be hard to do, but you must start unloading your "baggage" as you cannot take it with you into the higher realms. Think big and positive as you have done the hard work to have reached this point in your evolution. Also bear in mind that you have many souls with you on your journey, doing all they can to guide you onto a safe and rewarding path.

亲爱的，请抛开所有疲倦或是疑虑的感受，因为振动的频率在不断的增加，你正重新焕发活力。请从疑虑或是怀疑中解脱出来，直视前方且行走在光中。把你的担忧抛在身后且确信无疑的明白，每件事情都在完美的秩序之中。也许要做到并非轻松，但是你必须开始卸下在你进入更高实相时无法携带的“包袱”。大胆且积极正面的想象，因为你们已经在自己进化道路上完成了艰巨的工作从而抵达这个关键点。也请记住，你有着许多的灵魂伴随着你的旅程，以它们最大的努力指引你走上一条安全且充满回报的道路。

Hi Friends,
I now feel more like my old self and have tried channelling SaLuSa again. I have no certain way of knowing for sure if it was successful, but I have checked the message with Steve Beckow who is well placed to give me an opinion. He is satisfied that it has most likely come from SaLuSa. So I will now attribute the messages to him as I am completely happy about it's origin. This is also based upon a friend Nancy Tate who checked it out with her contacts in Spirit, and their message was as follows:

HI，朋友们

I assure you both, in fact, that it is time for you both to bring information through that is pertinent to the times. Welcome back, and tally ho!"

So I will proceed to send out one from SaLuSa every other week on a Friday. These will of course only go out to people on my current subscribers list. For anyone wishing to add names to it, I detail below how to do so.

If all progresses well I will certainly send out messages on a weekly basis in due course.

Matters are moving on to their conclusion at such a rapid speed, that you need to keep an open mind and be prepared to ensure you go with the flow. Old beliefs are being shaken to the core and this is intentional and intended to bring you into the New Age. Many of them carry a degree of truth that was sufficient to enable your feet to be placed on the path to realisation, but they are no longer adequate for the massive changes that are taking place. The time rapidly approaches when you will be given the opportunity to raise your vibrations to such a level, that eventually only the truth will exist. You are already on that path to total enlightenment, and much help is being given to ensure you have every opportunity to complete your Ascension.

So much is going on around you that you may well find it confusing, but providing you follow your intuition and look within you will have the answers. As always be discerning and know that messages of Light and Love have a special feel about them, and will never carry the lower vibrations associated with negativity. The period you are entering is already of a higher vibration than you experienced a relatively short time ago. Time continues to speed up and it is your proof of the higher level of vibrations that you now reside in. The more you centre yourself and focus on your Light, the more you will be prepared for the ongoing increase in vibrations that are destined to lift you out of duality.

围绕着你们有如此多的事情在发生，而你也许会感到混乱，但是这也提供给你跟随自己直觉的机会，向内看，你就会获得这些答案。一如既往请善于辨别并知道那些爱与光的信息拥有着一种特殊的感受，而且永远不会携带与负面性相关的较低振动。你们正在进入的时期已经处于一种更高的振动频率，超出在相对不久前的过去。时间在不断的加速，而且这是你们处于更高振动频率的证明，你现在就居住其中。你们中越多的人根植自己并聚焦在你的光中，你们就会越多的准备好这不断增幅的振动高频率，它注定要把你们提升脱离二元性。

Do not be distracted by the turmoil that inevitably results from the massive changes that are taking place. Energies of a low vibration that have no place in the New Age can no longer be sustained. They will lose their ability to remain along with the higher vibrations that are being established, and stay in the Third Dimension. Ascension will be the culmination of all of the changes occurring, and is the final outcome for those who have lifted their vibrations into the higher dimensions. You are being given the opportunity to permanently leave the cycle of rebirth, and it is a unique time that comes with the closing of the present cycle.

不要因为这些正在发生的不可避免大规模转变所带来的骚乱而心烦意乱。低级振动的能量在新时代没有一席之地，也不再被维持。在不断建立的更高频率中，它们将失去自己残留在其中的能力，且会滞留在第三维度。扬升将在所有转变开始的时刻呈现高潮，同时最终结果就是那些已经提升自己频率的人进入到更高的维度。你们已经被给予机会永远的离开轮回转生的循环，同时它是一次独一无二的时刻接近当前周期的结局。

Where in the past you have played your roles that have created and sustained separation, that epoch has finished and is being played out to its conclusion. You have always been One with each other although often you have played roles that have put you in opposition. That was to speed up your evolution through the experience gained, and as a result it is now proceeding even quicker as the Light grows in its intensity. Those who have already progressed are also helping others who follow in their footsteps, in the same way that you are being helped now. In your Solar System you are the last ones who wait to achieve Ascension, and you will continue to receive immense help until every soul has done so.

在过去你们所扮演的角色制造与维持的是疏离感，那个时代已经结束而且已获得它的结论。你们永远都是彼此合一的，虽然通常都在扮演不同的角色使得你们相互对立。这曾经是为了加速你们由体验所获得的进化，同时作为一个结果，它此刻由于神圣之光强度的增幅而更快速的进行着。那些已经获得发展的人也在帮助其他人跟随自己的步伐，以同样的方式，你们此刻都在被授予帮助的力量。在你们的太阳系，你们是最后被等待着完成扬升的文明，同时你们将继续接收无限的助力直到每个灵魂都如此选择。

The dark Ones are in a state of panic and trying by all means to prevent the inevitable end of their rule. It will be to no avail so there is no need for concern, and we would ask that you concentrate on bringing through the Light. The more you can apply yourselves to achieving your aims, the quicker events will move on. It will enable the first official announcement to be made by President Obama acknowledging the existence and contact with our Space Friends. It will result in open discussion and awareness of them, and agreement to negotiate the protocol that will allow open contact to be made. From there the whole subject will enter the public domain never again to be hidden from view.

So we ask you to stay within the Light at all times, and do not be distracted by anything that is clearly not of it. For a very long time the truth of your being has been held back from you, but very soon it will be known. It will speed up your progress and without the interference of the dark Ones it will soon reach higher levels than at any time since this cycle commenced. At the end of a cycle there is much sorting out and each soul is given every opportunity to move into their highest level of being. Since in reality there is no such thing as time, everything is in the now and there is no need to worry about another souls progress. Each soul has an infinite amount of "time" in which to complete their journey home. All happens in perfect relationship to all else in accordance with God's plan for Man.

所以我们要求你们在任何时刻都停留在神圣之光中，且不要被任何不清晰的事情影响到自己。因为太长时间以来，你们存在的真相一直对你们隐瞒，但是很快这都会被知晓。它会加速你们的进程且是在没有黑暗势力的干扰下，并很快触及这个周期开始后前所未有的更高层次。在这个周期的末尾还有许多事情要整理，每个灵魂都被给予了机会走向他们存在的最高层面。其实事实上并不存在时间，每件事情都是在当下进行，而且没有必要去担忧任何其他灵魂的发展。每个灵魂都有着一种无限量的“时间”去完成自己的归家之旅。在完美关系中所有发生的事情对每个人来说都符合着基于人类的造物主计划。

Be assured many souls travel with you on your journeys and you are never alone. They are your helpers and guides to give you every assistance and enable you to successfully reach your goals. You will find that it is always the more evolved Beings that reach down to help those following in their footsteps. However, they do not impose themselves upon you, but will always respond to your calls for help. It is necessary to bear in mind that you do not always get what you call for, as your life plan is known to them and in accordance with it the most appropriate action is taken. They will gently and wisely point you in the right direction and celebrate with you when you have achieved your life's plan.

Keep your eyes straight ahead and know that in real terms there is little time left to complete your life plan, but many souls are doing their best to ensure you are successful. They are always with you and share your hopes and aspirations, and help you on your journey back to the Light. Your freewill is most valued and important, and must be handled with care if you are one who is destined to ascend at the end of this cycle.

让你的眼睛注目前方且明白要完成你的人生计划事实上只留下很少的时间，但是许多的灵魂都在以最大的努力确保你的成功。它们总是与你一起且分享着你的希望和渴望，同时在你回归神圣之光的旅程中帮助你。你的自由意志是最有价值且重要的，同时如果你是注定在这次周期结束时扬升的话，就必须小心的掌握它。
