Here you are at the end of yet another year that has been momentous in many ways. Time has continued to speed up, and a clear division can be seen to be taking place between the old and new. The dark Ones are not progressing as they would have wished, after feeling that they were on the verge of taking control of the world. They reckoned without the increasing amount of Light that has been grounded upon Earth. So much so, that almost unnoticed it has become the most powerful force for good. No longer can its progress be delayed, and it is destined to be the means of removing the dark Ones.

此刻你们处于一年的结束和以极其重要的许多种方式到来的新一年的间隙。时间还在不断的加速中，一个清晰的分界点已经在陈旧与崭新之间明显的发生了。黑暗势力在他们觉得自己即将完全控制世界之后，却没有获得如愿以偿的发展。他们忽略了已经在地球扎根且还在不断增长的光之力量。如此这般，它几乎在没有获得注意的情况下成为了为了良善而建立的最强而有力的力量。它的发展将不再可能被拖延，它所注定的使命便是移除黑暗势力。

This cycle has completed its course and the Light is now the dominant force upon Earth. The apparent turmoil is but a sign of it restricting the ability of the dark Ones, to continue their onward march to world control. It was always planned this way so that no matter how much they extended their power over the people, they would never achieve complete control. The cycle has run its course and a new one has commenced that will bring complete peace and happiness to all souls. There is no longer a place for the dark Ones to wield their power over the Human Race.

As you stand fast and are not affected by the outside occurrences, so you empower the Light that grows ever stronger. Live in the Light, and you can live your life in a way that helps lift others up with you. The coming New Year will herald many changes that will send out a strong signal that the Light is bringing the New Age into being. 2014 will be the crossroads that allows rapid progress to be made, and signal the true commencement of the Age of Light. Each of you have been selected to be here for such an occasion and for many of you life will suddenly offer you the changes that you have been seeking. As Lightworkers you each have something to offer that will be utilised at the right time. So do not worry or feel that your contribution is little compared to others, as all are important to the whole.

You have all come a long way with your experiences and are greater for them than you were when you first started your journey. No experience is without value and there is no need to make comparisons with others, as you all have a unique individual life plan. No One is any greater or lesser than another soul. You are part of a great family that looks up to the Father/Mother God from whence you came. When you come together as One, there will no one soul considered better than another, as all tread the same path and are simply at different stages upon it.

你们所有人都经历了自身体验的漫长道路，且因为它而成长得比你首次开始旅程之时更加的伟大。没有什么体验是毫无价值的，所以也没有必要与他人相比较，因为你们所有人都有着独一无二的个人生命计划。没有谁比其他灵魂更伟大或是渺小。你们都是一个大家庭的一份子，遵从于你们所起源的神圣父母神之源头的意志。当你们以【合一】的方式走到一起，就不存在一个灵魂被认为是比另一个更卓越的存在，因为所有灵魂都行走在同样的道路，只是处于其中的不同阶段。

When you can see yourself in others you will know that you are inexplicably linked and in reality are One. Yet even as you progress to this understanding, you will still remain an individual Light amongst all others. When you are referred to as "Gods" it is a state of Oneness that you experience when you return to the Godhead. For the want of a better expression it is your Home from whence you came, and when God desires to experience some more, all souls will be sent out again for that reason.

At this time you have difficulty in imagining or remembering your higher states of being, but soon you will be on the path to full recognition. It will happen by stages and first you will gain full consciousness. Of necessity you have lived out many lives in the lower vibrations with a limited consciousness. Your challenge has been to find your way back to God through your own experience, which is why each soul travels at its own speed and are on different paths. Remember also that for specific incarnations you are connected to certain energies that will enhance your opportunities to succeed.

在现阶段你们很难想象或是回忆起自己更高的存在状态，但是很快你便会处于全然认可的道路上。它会一步步的实现，首先你会获得全意识。必然的，你们已经带着一种受限的意识在较低的振动频率中生活了许多世。你们的挑战便是经由自己的体验去寻找回归神的道途，也是因为这样的原因每个灵魂都以自己的步调处于不同的道路上。也请记住，某些特定的转世会把你连接到某些特定的能量将加速你成功的机会。

As you become more at One with the Light, so you will become more awakened to the truth of your real selves. You are not your body and it only serves your needs whilst on Earth. Yes, you also have an etheric body that is refined to allow existence in the higher vibrations, yet you have much further to go. Eventually you will become a true Being of Light, but you can still create a "body" for yourself when the necessity arises. It is worth noting that when you do so to allow movement through the lower dimensions, it will be limiting in other ways.

由于你们伴随神圣之光更多的处于【合一】，你们便会更多的觉醒于真实的自己。你并非只是你的身体，它也仅仅只是在你处于地球的同时服务于你的需求。是的，你也拥有以太体，它更为的精妙从而允许你存在于更高的振动频率中，但你们依旧还有很长的一段路要走。最终你将成为一个真实不虚的光之存有，而且必要的时候你还是可以创造一副“肉身”。除非要游历较低的维度它并没有任何的必要，而这也会以其他方式带来一些不便。

Dear Ones throw off any feelings of tiredness or doubt, as the vibrations are increasing and you are being rejuvenated. Lift up out of doubt or disbelief and look straight ahead and walk in the Light. Leave your worries behind you and be assured that everything is in perfect order. It may be hard to do, but you must start unloading your "baggage" as you cannot take it with you into the higher realms. Think big and positive as you have done the hard work to have reached this point in your evolution. Also bear in mind that you have many souls with you on your journey, doing all they can to guide you onto a safe and rewarding path.

亲爱的，请抛开所有疲倦或是疑虑的感受，因为振动的频率在不断的增加，你正重新焕发活力。请从疑虑或是怀疑中解脱出来，直视前方且行走在光中。把你的担忧抛在身后且确信无疑的明白，每件事情都在完美的秩序之中。也许要做到并非轻松，但是你必须开始卸下在你进入更高实相时无法携带的“包袱”。大胆且积极正面的想象，因为你们已经在自己进化道路上完成了艰巨的工作从而抵达这个关键点。也请记住，你有着许多的灵魂伴随着你的旅程，以它们最大的努力指引你走上一条安全且充满回报的道路。

Hi Friends,
I now feel more like my old self and have tried channelling SaLuSa again. I have no certain way of knowing for sure if it was successful, but I have checked the message with Steve Beckow who is well placed to give me an opinion. He is satisfied that it has most likely come from SaLuSa. So I will now attribute the messages to him as I am completely happy about it's origin. This is also based upon a friend Nancy Tate who checked it out with her contacts in Spirit, and their message was as follows:

HI，朋友们

So I will proceed to send out one from SaLuSa every other week on a Friday. These will of course only go out to people on my current subscribers list. For anyone wishing to add names to it, I detail below how to do so.

If all progresses well I will certainly send out messages on a weekly basis in due course.

Matters are moving on to their conclusion at such a rapid speed, that you need to keep an open mind and be prepared to ensure you go with the flow. Old beliefs are being shaken to the core and this is intentional and intended to bring you into the New Age. Many of them carry a degree of truth that was sufficient to enable your feet to be placed on the path to realisation, but they are no longer adequate for the massive changes that are taking place. The time rapidly approaches when you will be given the opportunity to raise your vibrations to such a level, that eventually only the truth will exist. You are already on that path to total enlightenment, and much help is being given to ensure you have every opportunity to complete your Ascension.

So much is going on around you that you may well find it confusing, but providing you follow your intuition and look within you will have the answers. As always be discerning and know that messages of Light and Love have a special feel about them, and will never carry the lower vibrations associated with negativity. The period you are entering is already of a higher vibration than you experienced a relatively short time ago. Time continues to speed up and it is your proof of the higher level of vibrations that you now reside in. The more you centre yourself and focus on your Light, the more you will be prepared for the ongoing increase in vibrations that are destined to lift you out of duality.

Do not be distracted by the turmoil that inevitably results from the massive changes that are taking place. Energies of a low vibration that have no place in the New Age can no longer be sustained. They will lose their ability to remain along with the higher vibrations that are being established, and stay in the Third Dimension. Ascension will be the culmination of all of the changes occurring, and is the final outcome for those who have lifted their vibrations into the higher dimensions. You are being given the opportunity to permanently leave the cycle of rebirth, and it is a unique time that comes with the closing of the present cycle.

Where in the past you have played your roles that have created and sustained separation, that epoch has finished and is being played out to its conclusion. You have always been One with each other although often you have played roles that have put you in opposition. That was to speed up your evolution through the experience gained, and as a result it is now proceeding even quicker as the Light grows in its intensity. Those who have already progressed are also helping others who follow in their footsteps, in the same way that you are being helped now. In your Solar System you are the last ones who wait to achieve Ascension, and you will continue to receive immense help until every soul has done so.

The dark Ones are in a state of panic and trying by all means to prevent the inevitable end of their rule. It will be to no avail so there is no need for concern, and we would ask that you concentrate on bringing through the Light. The more you can apply yourselves to achieving your aims, the quicker events will move on. It will enable the first official announcement to be made by President Obama acknowledging the existence and contact with our Space Friends. It will result in open discussion and awareness of them, and agreement to negotiate the protocol that will allow open contact to be made. From there the whole subject will enter the public domain never again to be hidden from view.

So we ask you to stay within the Light at all times, and do not be distracted by anything that is clearly not of it. For a very long time the truth of your being has been held back from you, but very soon it will be known. It will speed up your progress and without the interference of the dark Ones it will soon reach higher levels than at any time since this cycle commenced. At the end of a cycle there is much sorting out and each soul is given every opportunity to move into their highest level of being. Since in reality there is no such thing as time, everything is in the now and there is no need to worry about another souls progress. Each soul has an infinite amount of "time" in which to complete their journey home. All happens in perfect relationship to all else in accordance with God's plan for Man.

Be assured many souls travel with you on your journeys and you are never alone. They are your helpers and guides to give you every assistance and enable you to successfully reach your goals. You will find that it is always the more evolved Beings that reach down to help those following in their footsteps. However, they do not impose themselves upon you, but will always respond to your calls for help. It is necessary to bear in mind that you do not always get what you call for, as your life plan is known to them and in accordance with it the most appropriate action is taken. They will gently and wisely point you in the right direction and celebrate with you when you have achieved your life's plan.

Keep your eyes straight ahead and know that in real terms there is little time left to complete your life plan, but many souls are doing their best to ensure you are successful. They are always with you and share your hopes and aspirations, and help you on your journey back to the Light. Your freewill is most valued and important, and must be handled with care if you are one who is destined to ascend at the end of this cycle.

让你的眼睛注目前方且明白要完成你的人生计划事实上只留下很少的时间，但是许多的灵魂都在以最大的努力确保你的成功。它们总是与你一起且分享着你的希望和渴望，同时在你回归神圣之光的旅程中帮助你。你的自由意志是最有价值且重要的，同时如果你是注定在这次周期结束时扬升的话，就必须小心的掌握它。

Your Sun is sending you very intense energy patterns that are about to finish your basic transformational process into the beings of Light. Once you have absorbed these energies within, your bodies will be ready to receive and accept all that your consciousness will experience. Sun is the gateway to other dimensions of reality and that what you see as sun flares are powerful energy transfers from higher frequencies sent to your planet and to all of her inhabitants. You can feel this pure energy of the Sun when you stand quietly without movement on the sunshine, it is warm and loving touch of the Love that is sent to you and helps your bodies to change to the ones that are able to receive all the higher frequencies that are being sent at this moment. Do feel the response of your own body to this Light, and welcome these higher energies as all necessary patterns are included within them for your successful transformation.

At this moment, everything old is being swept away and dissolved into the immense Light that is surrounding you, so you might experience some thoughts or memories to be occurring frequently within your mind and it might seem to you that they are not leaving although you have accepted them and let them go. Your mind needs some moments to process all the changes that are happening, and please know these old thoughts are cleared and gone, and you do not need to focus on them anymore, just send them Love and Light and feel that they are not coming from your heart and your mind will also let them go, because your mind was for very long time programmed to function the way of being the “programmer” of your reality and sometimes it still holds onto the things or issues that used to be so attractive to you. Do express love to your Self and your mind and feel the Love spreading all over your being.

Do not hold back these feelings that Love is creating within you as so many people are waiting to feel them and are ready to be also awakened into the higher knowledge of Creation. Share the Love everywhere you go and know that without asking for more, Love will always and endlessly flow through you and will keep you in harmony with all her expressions, no matter which form they are currently carrying.

The higher reality is upon those who chose to experience it as soon as they complete the necessary transformation of their beings, into those aligned with higher energy flow. Throughout their first experiences in their higher realities in this process of Ascension, all others will have great source of information when they decide to finish their own preparations. It will be stored in collective consciousness of all Humanity on Mother Earth and every one that desires to experience more will be guided to connect to them, it will be very easy to find these energy patterns as they will be of pure Love and Light, and they will create powerful attraction for all those searching for upliftment and change. All previous learning experiences do not carry such strong energy, except those that you already know from your history, and you already found out the true purpose for them. They were guiding you all that time needed for your growth and were showing you the path of Love and Light. Although they were connected with very hard life experiences, they were also the choice of all those who decided to be the ones that will show the way, as you are doing now.

These feelings are so very powerful due to nature of Creation that we are all created in, that is supporting the primal energy flow without stopping and is clearing all obstacles that are occurring between intention and expressed reality with pouring more Light that carry high frequency patterns of pure unconditional Love. This way you can raise yourself to your own higher reality, that you have created and you will add these experiences to the collective consciousness for all other people to guide them into their own creation of their own higher reality. And this is how the necessary collective changes are happening, due to your very own intentions of seeing the higher version of life on Mother Earth, spreading everywhere, into every single detail that you can think of, and leaving it clean and strong and welcoming many others that will come to experience their choice.

Those people that still want to be attached to the lower energies they will still find them, but these energies do not have power over the whole Humanity anymore, and the higher energies are taking their place among all of the others that chose to move away from fear and are searching for more Love to be present in their life experience.

Do practice it, as it is necessary in the process of your overall change, and no one knows better what you should do next than you.

It is all within the energy that flows to and through you, and your heart is processing so much more information than ever before, and you can literally feel it in your own heart beat. With higher energy spreading within your physical body, the process of your change is being completed as nothing more will stand between you and your experience of your higher reality. So listen to your body and give it attention that is required, as your physical form is that instrument which enables you to sense and feel all that beauty of Love that once again is flowing so freely through you. Express gratitude to the form that allowed you to gain such wisdom and is connected so powerfully with all life there is, and remember that all life is Creation and the difference between physical and non physical expression of Creation are thinning, as everything is created out of Love and is experienced as Light forming into endless forms.

There is a count in your unconscious that has clearly show you that the time for final tranformation in  your world is quickly getting closer . This internal count of your spirit, brought into your conscious, is what have left you anxious for more news and visible events in your 3D temporary reality. Dear ones, measurably this frantic waiting is normal due to good expectation generated, but on the other hand you must remember that you must not go by any way out of its full state of inner peace, that is state that clearly leads you to the higher realms. It’s your inner state that dictates the road to be travele, thus independent of external news and alerts, you must keep the internal peace of mind.

You know in unconscious level that no promise made by the Creator won’t be fulfilled, even if in your conscious state some situations try to prove otherwise, these situations seen by many in the TV news that are still controlled by the dark ones, try to show that the world is still the "same " as always, ruled by violence and chaos.

These discharges have caused small " short ", which has caused physical sensations of lightness and very soft dizziness and with them the feeling of levitation .
